“This place has great customer service! I had been missing a ring since the beginning of June. I had looked all over my house for for the past month and a half for the ring and I was unable to find it. I remembered that the last time I wore it was on a day I got a massage at this location. I thought I would call and see if they had the ring, but really didn't think it would be there since it has been over 6 weeks. When i called today I was shocked because they had my ring. They had been holding onto it all this time! I was so happy and excited and thrilled that they held onto it all this time! Thank you to the staff for holding onto it! I greatly appreciate it!”

“We recently changed chiros to Dr Ritchie a month ago and I really enjoy him. Here's my measure that's above and beyond what he does for me, it's how he interacts with my kids. I have an 8 year old who can be trying and difficult to work with, but he works with him and in a very patient way. Another feature I really like is he has a self check-in process. I'd rather not have to interact with anyone when I come in so this feature really speaks to me. One thing you'll find is when you call the number, you speak with Dr. Ritchie directly. His office is very welcoming and clean. He called me by name the very first day and treated me like we've known each other for years. I highly recommend Dr. Ritchie.”
