Returned email within 10 minutes; had someone on site for measuring within the hour; had full estimate that afternoon; was prepared to start next business day. Due to weather, had new roof within a week. Showed up when they said they would; kept me fully updated on progress; answered all of my numerous questions with the utmost respect. It was such a pleasure working with a company that fulfilled all of their promises and made sure I was happy with the finished product.
