Appartment complex looks very nice and clean. 1b floor plan I choose looks spacious and price range was decent. Balconies are huge! The customer service is amazing! Leasing agent Connor O. was very helpful and explain me all the details. Kendra (office ) was so nice!! I already feel like I made good choice compared to previous experiences.. can't wait to move in. Will post new reviews after living there for a while.

(February 5, 2020, 7:45 pm)I have lived here 2 years and about to start my 3rd, place is nice and quiet. Maintenance is quick, easy online pay of rent and water and access to highway north south east and west. Close to Rangers and Cowboys games and horse track.

(September 24, 2019, 5:18 pm)The apartments themselves are beautiful and the staff and maintenance are quick to take care of everything but theft from vehicles has been a big issue lately. If they would just install security cameras around the complex this would be a five star place. I've lived in several apartments around Dallas over the years and theft was never an issue/stopped being an issue whenever cameras were installed.

(August 14, 2019, 10:56 am)I've only been here about a month now, but, it feels like I've been at happy here forever. After living in a dive complex for the past three years and dreading coming back at night, it's a relief to have someplace that feels like a real, genuine home. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully outfitted, with pleasantly retro bluish-grey countertops, wooden cabinets, comfortable carpets, and high-quality flooring in the kitchen/bathroom. The location is convenient and safe, and the gym is high quality, and the pools are both beautiful and well maintained. I hope to be able to call this place home for years to come!
