  We highly recommend North American Title, Roxanna specifically. We were buying an investment property but didn’t use an agent. Roxanna made the process seamless and easy as she is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to jump through more than a few hoops for us and saved us $3400! We were leaving for vacation the next day as well and she stayed TWO HOURS past closing to make sure we closed on time. We cannot express how incredible Roxanna is!

  I've worked with Roxana for over 5 years! She is AMAZING! She's always super responsive, super attentive to details and is always willing to go above and beyond for me and my clients.   First, I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to
  Meagan and Lana for ALL their hard work.
  I know our situation wasn't an easy one due to the fact that we were selling my mother's home (that she had placed a Reverse Mortgage on with AAG) and with 6 children splitting the funds, miscommunication in a certain area and some siblings making the process a little more difficult than it needed to be, they were BOTH gracious, patient, understanding and MOST OF ALL - HARDWORKING!!! At one point, a sibling wouldn't sign (due to whatever issues they had/have) but Lana didn't stop and fixed everything in such a quick way that we were able to close same day and get the funds same day because she rushed and made it to lender with documents at the time they needed to be delivered. I know that it was stressful and didn't even need to be like that but she was on top of EVERYTHING and her and Meagan were so kind that since I was in tears (believing my deceased mom's house was going to be foreclosed on) gave me ALL the heartfelt hugs and kindness that anyone could ask for.
  I know there are 6 kids but I was the ONLY one that was handling everything since I knew what my mom wanted and even though I heard of NUMEROUS stories that step-families run into when it comes to death or money, I NEVER thought it would be my story. Meagan communicated with me day and night and worked so hard to make the process as less painful and stressful as possible since we were also dealing with a Reverse Mortgage Company (AAG) that did everything wrong and wasn't willing to help in ANY way. They even made a way for my husband (who works during their business hours) to come in early to sign a paper so he wouldn't miss work and all closing documents would get completed on-time. My husband still took off work anyway so he could be there with me because I guess he KNEW what stress I was about to be put through from a sibling so he didn't need to arrive early but just the offer of opening to him early was WAY MORE THAN I COULD HAVE ASKES FOR!!! I do know that what the Devil means for Bad, God will turn into Good and with Lana and Meagan, God's work sure did turn out for Good. Advice to EVERYONE, even if you think everything is going to go smoothly and there won't be ANY issues, PLEASE be prepared and just know that these 2 WONDERFUL women work so hard and to the BEST of their ability (EVEN GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND OF WHAT'S ASKED OF THEM AND WHAT THEIR JOB DESCRIPTIONS ARE). THANK YOU BOTH AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HARDWORK, ADVICE, KINDNESS AND MOST OF ALL, YOUR DEDICATION!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AND THESE LADIES FOR ANY TITLE NEEDS AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR THE FUTURE!!!
