  Last month my mom unexpectedly passed away. Naturally the family was in shock and had to plan the funeral. A family member recommended Bean -Massey -Burge Funeral home and I'm glad they did. The staff was amazing and patient with us. They were compassionate and walked us through all options. Justin was our primary contact and he was Amazing. We were there for hours discussing the necessities, and not once did he rush us or try and push us in one direction. The staff was wonderful, professional and caring. The viewing went by perfectly, and again the staff was there ready to help if we needed anything. They took care of my mom. They made sure the flowers got where they needed to be. When they took us home they provided a Beautiful box containing the notes from the flowers, the guest booklet, thank you cards, grieving pamphlets, and much more. I have to say there is not one thing I would change about the service provided by the funeral home. Seriously it was just the biggest comfort knowing mom was being taken care of, and we didn't have to worry about anything.

  The funeral services for my mother were recently handled by the staff at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home. Justin Patterson was our primary contact along with Marlena and Marsha. Everyone was very professional, showed great sympathy to me, my dad and the entire family. They handled all the details with great efficiency. This included picking my mom up from the hospital, getting her ready for the visitation at their location, transporting her to the service at Calvary Baptist Church and transporting her &her flowers to the cemetery. Everything was flawless. Assistance with the obituary and memory video were outstanding. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Bean-Massey-Burge for anyone dealing with this type of situation. They were able to make this process as pleasant as possible under this situation.

  They are very caring and helped with all the details. The memorial service was beautiful, and the catering for it was lovely. We appreciate everything they did to make this difficult time easier on the family.

  My experience was great! They were very helpful every step of the way! I would definitely recommend. They have a beautiful facility as well.

  I really appreciated all the help I received from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. The family viewing was very special. The hair, makeup, clothes, and everything. You took the time to answer all our questions. You treated us as well as if it was one of your loved ones.
