  Awesome experience! Customer service exceeded my expectations! We ordered a gizmo for our son for Christmas. On Christmas Eve they discovered ups dropped at the wrong location, the manager went and personally picked it up and brought it to the Grand Prairie store so we had it on time. I was blown away by this type of customer service, it is truly rare these days! Highly recommend!!

  I went in randomly last week to discuss making a change to my plan and possibly look into the future purchase of another phone. I really didn't expect to walk out that day having really accomplished much. I assumed I'd just go in and get some info and find out what I would need to do soon in order to upgrade my plan or get a new phone. I ended up working with Oliver who w was fantastic! He was so nice and very knowledgeable and was quick to be able to actually get everything I wanted done THAT DAY! All before I had to be at work! He upgraded my plan, helped me enroll in a new add-on, answered every question I had, and was even able to get me in a new phone while I was there. He helped me change everything over from my old phone to the new one, set up my verizon account on it, and checked to make sure all of my data had been backed up before I left the store. He did everything I came in for PLUS more! And all with a smile on his face! :-)
  I would HIGHLY recommend visiting him at the Grand Prairie store off of Carrier for whatever you need. I WILL be returning to him to get my daughter set up on her own account and a new phone in her hand. Best service I have experienced in a long time.

  Joseph Le helped me immediately with my problems, no waiting to be assisted. He was very polite and professional and offered me an upgrade for a reasonable price. Will definitely ask for him if I ever need assistance. Many thanks.

  I got a new phone in the mail and needed help transferring all my information to my new one. I came into this store and was assisted by Paul and he was amazing! Transferring all of my information took hours, but not once was he irritated or impatient about the process. He was very kind and kept conversation going, that it did not even feel like hours were spent waiting for my phone. I highly recommend going to this Verizon store for any assistance. I have been to many phone stores, but have always felt like a bother or that no one seems to be willing to help.
