Jakes Burgers and Beer

The food was AMAZING 👏
Hands down doesn't get better than this. We had the triple play appetizer with: Bottle caps- a little spicy but oh so good, Fried Mushroom- crisp buttons of deliciousness. Pretzel Bites- crispy flavorful German Pretzels.
We tried several entrees.
Our favorite was the Green Chile Chicken Quesidilla- it had such great flavor and the chicken was tender and juicy.
The Chicken Fried Bacon Burger- very good the chicken fried bacon gives the burger a delicious crunch. The Works Burger- a delicious classic.
The chili cheese dog- finding a place that serves 100% beef dogs is rare and this chili dog was fantastic.
If you haven't had Jake's you're missing out.

Great food great service clean restaurant.
The bathrooms were exceptionally clean with a very modern sink and hand dryer built into the faucet.
Not actually never seen one of those the first couldn't find how to dry my hands! I waitress was extremely professional and courteous five stars all the way we will be going back!!!

Jakes was a great spot for lunch on a Saturday.

Hubby ordered the breakfast burger with patty, egg, ham and more. I opted for the bacon blue. Both were excellent. I love that the blue cheese was chunky, but also saucy for an ooey gooey yummy experience.

My burger was pretty messy, but our waitress was one step ahead and had brought extra napkins :)

Service was excellent. Facility was clean! Fun atmosphere. Wish the patio was open!

Kids both ordered chicken tenders and fries. The reason for dropping a star was the fries and onion rings were both over cooked. Our youngest, who prides herself on being a chicken tender expert, was not happy with her tenders. I thought they looked juicy and delish.

Jakes, we will be back after we hit the gym a few more times to make room 😄

Figured it was time to try this place out. Went on a Friday and there wasn’t much of a wait. Friendly staff, they even explained a few recent changes to their menu and offered to comp the updated item if we didn’t care for their new take on it. Food arrived relatively fast, cooked to order and tasty. Manager stopped by to ask our opinion of the updated items, but we were happily satisfied so we paid up. Burgers don’t let down here, tho if poppy seeds aren’t your thing, I believe you can ask for a regular bun or even go bun-less if you’re counting carbs or prefer a lettuce wrapped burger instead. A bit on the louder side, but then again if there’s people talking and having a good time it must be a place to check out. Will go back to try the other menu items.

Had a taste for a good burger. Tried the Jakes off 161 in Grand Prairie. Hostess was courteous and seated me immediately. My server was training a newbie and both were exceptional. Tried the fried cauliflower and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the #1 with the regular bun and it was really good. I had the sauce on the side but dipped a few bites and it was pretty good both ways. The strawberry shake was yummy!!! Wasn't sure how good service would be out on the patio but the service was great.
