  I am very pleased with my service under Dr. Sung. I had to get a crown on one of my molars. I normally hate dentist because it always feels like pulling teeth to pay for services. I don't go to the dentist much if I don't have to. This time I had a big chunk of my tooth fall off so I had to. I am college student with no money. Dr. Sung and his team were very sympathetic and worked with me to get the right service for a reasonable price and make sure I keep all my teeth.
  
  Dr. Sung just called today to follow up on my crown which helps to ensure me that I did the right thing by trusting them with my dental care. I don't think anyone likes the idea of going to the dentist, but ideal dental has helped to make the experience a lot more tolerable. I have needed to get several cavities addressed for a while, and now I think I will finally just pay to have the service done with Dr. Sung because I trust him to give me the best service at a reasonable price.
  
  I would recommend the Metro Care Dental Plan which then gives you free exams, x-rays, and cleanings with ideal dental as well as discounts on any other service. I am now able to go every 6 months for no charge to make sure I can keep my teeth healthy.

  I’ve been going to this location for months and it just keeps getting better by the day. The staff is super friendly and very patient. The front staff gives the best customer service and the doctors are by the far the best at what they do. Thank you guys!!

  I visited this office and was treated with great care and support. Dr. Joseph took the time to explain the procedures to me and offered additional support to ease my anxiety. The staff is amazing and friendly. Elizabeth took care of all my scheduling and billing needs and Kim literally held my hand during the most challenging parts for the procedure. I'm a happy and satisfied patient and no longer have any anxiety about visiting the dentist thanks to this team.

  Over the years I have been to several different dentist and I can honestly say my experience with Ideal Dental was above and beyond my expectations. Every person I had contact with was professional & personable. Such a warm & welcoming environment. I was handled with such gentle care. This will be my forever Dentistry. Great team!!! ???? % recommend!!

  The whole staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They are very eager to assist and answer any questions, you may have! Prices are affordable! Both the Grand Prairie location and the South Arlington locations are very accessible! I've always gotten to both locations quickly! I truly love the knowledge and friendliness provided by the entire staff! Definitely recommended to anyone!
