Two things stood out to me...David, who did the pipe replacement, stayed at my house until 9:30 pm one night to finish what he started that day! The second thing was that the customer service, (particularly Bonnie) was exceptional. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and answered my questions in a way that was NOT belittling. I appreciated that the most. Thank you Plumbing Jack for saving us on this one!!
