I ordered a two pack of water filters for my refrigerator, & initially, I did have problems with them leaking. Nevertheless, after emailing Discover Appliance they made it right by replacing the two filters. I appreciate that they listened to me and gave me a replacement. Defective items can occur, the key is that a company makes it right. They did.
