Wendall replaced my kitchen faucet, didn't take very long and he cleaned his mess!
Came out to the house and let me know that I had a simple fix. Offered to do it or could do it myself. No charge to make the house call. They are now on my call list for my plumber. I will hire them to make the repair plus more. ????????????????
[Professionalism] They took care of business immediately and were in and out of the house in less than 10 minutes. There was a communication issue at the beginning but when it was finally resolved, I received immediate service. Would've received a higher rating if not for the delayed contact to set the appointment.
