  I received excellent customer service from Stephanie and Lance. They listened to my requirements, needs, and wants in my new car and found exactly what I was looking for. They answered all my questions in simple, understandable terms. Larry and Ray went above and beyond to make the deal work. The finance man was very helpful in explaining the financing and service options and helped me come up with a plan to completely and adequately cover my car. My dealings with Callie continue to be extremely helpful. She was here when I bought my last vehicle, and I was so pleased that she is still here. She is available to me at any time and is always able to answer my questions and solve any issues I am having. I will definitely recommend Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving to my family, friends, and associates.

  After being denied twice by other dealerships, I was referred to Clay Cooley to see Dominique. This experience was so smooth and simple. Dominique was very kind and made sure that my time was well spent and that I as a customer felt important. He even made sure that my boys were comfortable during the process...he was truly amazing!   My car had died the day I had visited here. I was really looking for a new used car when arriving at this location. In the end I left with an amazing deal and a brand new car! The customer service was 100% on point and everyone who worked there was informative and encouraging. Every question had an answer and anything that I needed had been dealt with! I would recommend this amazing sales staff! The attentive care is a nice touch to the great personalities. Thank you for all of the help with my first brand new car purchase, hope to continue to do business with you!
