I heard about this place from my dad, he is a 67 year old man who really cares about his vehicles. At first, I was kind of skeptical considering the size of the shop, but I decided to give it a shot. I met with Dean the owner of Legacy Dent and he was very easy to work with. As soon as I gave him my claim number, he took it from there and I felt like I was in good hands. It took 4 days when I got a call from Dean to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up, which I thought was really fast considering the amount of hail damage that was done to my truck. When I got there, man was I surprised! I have a 2009 Chevy Silverado that I use a lot for work. It was looking pretty rough. He made it look like how it did when I first bought it! He went above and beyond my expectations. He did a full detail! I thought that he was only going to fix the hail damage. I am very happy with it. Now if I want to trade it in for a newer model, I can get top dollar.

I was lucky to have found this gem in Irving after looking around for a hail repair shop. Dean, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. He made the whole process as easy as possible and handles everything from dealing with your insurance to even getting your car cleaned and detailed after repairs are done. He was able to get my car fixed within a week. I cannot recommend this business enough!
