Stratus

Overall the experience was much better than being in a traditional sleep study lab. It was easier and more comfortable for our 10-year old to be in her own home and with her own bed, toys and belongings. My only complaint is the bandage around her head did not seem to be as tight as it has been when she has had other studies because we got multiple phone calls from customer service that leads had lost their connection and needed to be pushed down. If the bandage had been tighter I wonder if this may not have happened. But other than that it was a good experience; technician was knowledgeable and interactive with our daughter and she enjoyed talking to him about similar things she had in common with his son who was the same age.

I had a very pleasant experience. The monitoring tech whom I dealt with, Kim, was super nice, but I truly believe that my pleasant experience had everything to do with the tech who came to my home to hook me up. Her name is Sharon. She was an absolute angel. Very kind, very gentle and very patient. She was funny and calming at the same time. She made me feel at ease. She also explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I would give her (10) stars if I could. Thank you Ms. Sharon! You were such a joy. You were made for patient care and I’m sure that anyone whom comes in contact with you feels the same as I do. May God bless you always. -

Our daughter is autistic, and needed a study done. All I have to say is Abe, is the best! He worked very patiently with her and got her all set up, and even volunteered to come back and unhook er 48 hours later! Great communication with people on the phone as well. Thank you for making this easy!

We had a wonderful experience with Stratus. We had two different technicians that came out to put on and and remove the EEG and both were wonderful. They made my 4 year old feel safe and comfortable with the procedure. My son had a 48 hour EEG and tolerated the gear better than I thought. Tip to parents- I told my son that the technician was here to give him some super powers. We discussed beforehand what superpowers he wanted. He never was able to make fire like he wanted, but he did miraculously grow several feet within the two days 😉 And he developed super strength and speed! I would definitely recommend Stratus.
