She's very responsive and follows through as needed. Her performance helps make this the ideal place to live, as she consistently puts residents first with responsiveness and proactive oversight of the property. The amenities and lake view are also amazing. I'm here to stay!

(September 29, 2020, 12:30 am)Update due to new management and after move-in: Still easily one of the best options in the DFW market for apartments. Impeccable complex, fantastic amenities, extremely friendly staff, and very modern units. Rachel and James are always incredibly attentive and a pleasure running into, maintenance requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner and the community here is very welcoming. 10/10!

(August 1, 2020, 9:02 am)Many thanks to the staff, here at Jefferson Eastshore. Unfortunately my job takes me to another Area of Dallas. My stay here has been first class. From the beginning, last year, Aurora assisted me in a flawless lease process and guided me to the perfect apartment. The maintenance staff is awesome. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you Aurora again, I would recommend Jefferson Eastshore, Aurora and their entire staff to anyone. Many thanks!!
