We’ve been seeing Dr. Fowers for about five years and have no complaints!! She knows all of our kids and is so caring and considerate. She’s the perfect balance of conservative and cautious with her treatment, and I love when she shares her common sense mom wisdom. Nurses are SO helpful answering questions through messaging app or after I leave a voicemail. We’ve seen some of Dr. Fowers partners when she’s not available and have been happy with them too.

I would love to give this place 5 stars because Dr. Han really is such a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable pediatrician. But I had to knock a star off of the rating because of how the office itself is run. Some of the receptionists obviously don't want to be there, and often when I'm trying to schedule an appointment or contact the office for another reason, I can't get a hold of anyone. Their answering service says that they're open until 5 PM on weekdays, except for lunch (12:30-1:30). I called a little while ago (It's after 2 PM), and I'm still getting the automated answering service. If they just picked up the phone a little more often, and certain receptionists were a little friendlier/more helpful, I could definitely give this place a full 5 stars.
