AVE Las Colinas

This community is beautiful. It is clean and overall just well-kept. I like the fitness area and the pool! The most important thing to me is how professional and friendly the staff are though. The staff really do care and make their residents a priority and it makes all the difference. I think it is the staff that truly set this community apart from others. I am very happy with my experiences at AVE Las Colinas and appreciate all that the staff do on a daily basis... thanks for all you guys do!

The staff are very professional and really work to make you happy. Meagan is really friendly and very professional. She really tries to make you feel at home.

Nice place to live, excellent location. Overall a good place to live.

Its been couple of months I moved to Star Park Las Colinas and very glad to have made this decision for following reasons.

-> Located at a central location and accessible to all nearby restaurants , grocery stores etc.,
-> Its a new residential community with all the latest facilities and gives the best vibe of living in new apartment . For spending a few extra bucks compared to other apartments in this location , its definitely worth it.
-> Management is very welcoming and special thanks to Duranda for being patient , professional and helping with all the queries from tour till moving in.
-> Events organised once in a fortnight/month is a good way of meeting the neighbours

Great location, great access to all DFW has to offer. Very friendly staff. The area is right in the heart of DFW, events are always a nice way to meet your neighbors. It will be interesting to see what retail spaces open up across the street. Starbucks and P.F. Chang's can use some neighbors.

Brand new apartments, nice creek view from balcony. Close to everything (Office, super markets). Cleanliness in this community is top notch. Leasing staffs are awesome.
