(August 12, 2019, 3:02 pm)The best place ????. I have lost 3-4lbs after joining them and religiously following the classes and diet. Highly recommend this place. This place can never be boring with outstanding instructions from all the trainers. Every class is unique and they keep trying new workout which is interesting and not boring. Though i love all of them but my favorite is Cat Thompson and her way of teaching a class with great music and energy.please include more classes from cat Thompson. I love you guys ❤️

(June 4, 2019, 10:52 am)I've really enjoyed my membership with Club Pilates Las Colinas. The workouts and instructors are varied so you have many options to find the right fit for you. The Club is clean and comfortable. Reformer based Pilates is not inexpensive, but it makes the classes feel more valuable. I am happy to concentrate on myself and my body for 50 minutes a couple times a week while I get stronger. I also feel like I am finally understanding my core and proper exercise posture!
