Although there have been some hic-ups such as the switching of my account manager several times and taking a long time to set up my certified payroll. Overall, my experience with Paychex has been a good one. During my recent audit, I submitted all my Paychex reports and passed. I always receive a response within 24 hours, and submitting payroll is a breeze.
