(May 9, 2017, 5:32 pm)Hi I'm Matt. I live and work in Indonesia. Over the last 3 weeks I was in Dallas for work. During that time I went to The Academy for Systema training. I have extensive experience in other martial arts. The systema training was very good,the atmosphere was great and Matt and Daniel are excellent instructors.
I highly recomend the systema training at The Academy.
Also great bunch of guys to train with. -

(April 3, 2017, 4:39 pm)I would highly recommend the bootcamp training sessions which are held Mon-Weds-Fri at 12:00noon. This High Intensity training is not for everyone, for those of you that are looking for a great place to workout and are near Beltline Road this is THE PLACE.
