  Quiet well insulated rooms giving shelter from exterior noises as well as the elements. The staff is considerate and helpful. I will gladly use them again in the future multiple times.

  Everything has something to improve on but with this place there isnt much I can comment on that's a justifiable improvement. The room was awesome and the service was exceptional as well. The bathroom could use a bit of work but overall a great stay I'd definitely recommend a stay if you're in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

  We stayed at the Fairfield Inn after our flight was cancelled. A courtesy shuttle was sent to the airport promptly, and the driver was super pleasant and informative. The drive took about 15 minutes from airport to hotel. The front desk employee was accommodating and also very friendly. The room itself was a bit outdated in terms of decor compared to other Fairfield Inns in which we have stayed, but it was clean and comfortable. Complimentary continental breakfast was available in the morning, and offered the usual standard food options (e.g. Bagels/toast, cereal, oatmeal, Belgian waffle maker with 2 flavor options, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.). Coffee was available in the lobby all night long, which is not always the case. During check-in, we setup the courtesy shuttle for the following morning and were asked for our upcoming flight number. This information was used by the shuttle driver to determine the exact gate number for our flight. We greatly appreciated being dropped off at our specific gate versus the general courtesy shuttle drop off area, as it saved us a considerable amount of walking in the cold with a toddler. Overall, we were satisfied with our unexpected stay at the Fairfield Inn, and would stay there again.
