The staff here is just so Amazing!!! I don't think five stars is enough!! I called and made reservations last minute and wanted to find a nice restaurant to propose to my girlfriend and this was the place. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we were happy and I promise we were more than happy!!! The music was on time, the staff was all in and we had the best service that night!!!! Veronica is such a ROCKSTAR!!!! Not over exaggerating but I am in tears writing this review because it was just that amazing!!! Thank you Blaze Brazilian Steakhouse Staff!!!! I recommend this place 100%! Great food, Great music "DJ", just all around amazing place!!! Thank you so much!!!!

This place is a gem. The servers come to you, instead of interrupting your time and walking to the salad bar. Friday and Saturday nights DJ Tommy Blaze is there to set the ambiance with the great music. The staff is superb and the manager is very personable and approachable. 5 ⭐ rating across the board. I love this place!!

My friend and I had such a great experience here. We elected to do the salad and sides experience only, and were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food good, but the service was also amazing. I’d like to specifically praise Julio and Damien for their service last night. They made sure we were good very frequently. And they were really nice young men. We also loved the R & B set played by the DJ. The whole experience was a great and unexpected vibe! We sang, ate, and enjoyed our ourselves!

This place has the best food and wine! We went for a date night and we will definitely be back for my birthday dinner this month! The service was GREAT and the food came out perfect with no complaints!!! 10/10 review and if I could give 7 STARS I would

It was a perfect dinner from beginning to end. Patricio and his teammates took great care of us. The food is SO flavorful! All 6 of us raved on and on about all the different seasonings in the salads and side dishes. So. Much. Flavor! And as far as the meat goes... all of it was so delicious, it was impossible to choose our favorite. From the steak to the lamb, to the sausage... even the chicken was phenomenal!
