(September 18, 2021, 5:28 pm)We ordered online today @Green Gator.com, received confirmation of our order and when I arrived due to technical issues at the restaurant our order was not received/ready... Showed our confirmation and the way the bartender Franky4 went into full blown action to provide excellent service to resolve and make it right is the reason why they will have customers now for life. This was our 1st time at this location & I highly recommend. The food was excellent from the Bang Bang Shrimp, Gumbo, Chowder, Fried Jalepeno's, House Salad & Veggies but the customer service out weighed it all. You can't pay for good service and Franky4 did an amazing job representing the Green Gator brand.

They have a great staff, delicious food, awesome bar poker League on Thursday nights, and a great karaoke DJ ! For good food, fun, & drinks, definitely worth checking out! And the BEST BEER Goddess in the world miss Rachel Lanford!
