PINSTACK Las Colinas

Me and my family went to PINSTACK in Irving or Las Colinas for a night of family fun. We sat down at the restaurant first and were surprised to be treated so rudely by the waitress who hadn’t even made our acquaintance yet. She didn’t introduce herself or ask how we were doing or say hello just what can I get you with a slight attitude. She walked around and cut her eyes at us for what reason I have no idea but she was just all-around rude to us as adults And even the children. After we saw her miss treat the children we decided enough was enough and I went to speak with her to ask if she could just give me the bill so we could pay and leave. One of her managers a lady named Cyndi was in close range and heard me speaking to the rude waitress. Cyndi stepped in and offered for us to be moved to a different section where we could be waited on by a different waiter. She also comped our drinks that we had ordered while sitting there with the rude waitress and gave us for cards with one hour of unlimited swipes to play at the arcade. Last but not least Cyndi helped us move back our bowling reservation and save the lanes for us while we went to another restaurant to eat. We really appreciate all of Cyndi's help to address our issue and keep and appreciate our business.

There are Plenty of bowling alleys but still the wait time gets to you at times. The arcade section is really cool with air hockey and VR games being my favorite. There’s also rock climbing and laser tag in there. The food and drinks are just fine as well. All in all, a good place. Visit with friends and family. You surely will have a good time.

My kids love this place. We usually bowl and hit the arcade. The Tuesday we were there they offered half price arcade games! You can play a lot of games of your choice when bowling too! I've not ever heard of that before, so old school bowling meets video games! Something for everyone.

Walking in, the atmosphere is high energy and good vibes. The staff is attentive and always responsive to whatever you need them for. From a game being stuck ir whatever to the drinks and food you order. Very well cleaned and the customers there were also nice respectful. Would recommend and go back to I'm the near future.
