I went to Glass Doctor after my windshield was cracked by a rock off a trailer looking for a repair. The owner looked at my issue but the windshield needed replaced.
They scheduled an appointment to replace once THEY made the call to my insurance company.
My windshield was replaced without any issues and was flawless

Glass Doctor had my windshield replaced the day AFTER I called them to switch my claim to them from Safelite (Safelite had rescheduled me twice at that point after 3 weeks of filing my claim). I appreciate all they did for me. I am more than satisfied with how I was handled and how quickly I was serviced.

They made room in their busy schedule to come to me to repair it so I would not end up with it spreading and have to replace my windshield. They were kind, courteous, and professional. So grateful.

Everyone one was so friendly. Even though I was told to be there 15 minutes earlier but traffic was crazy. I enjoyed very much visiting with Dr Schott. He made me feel very calm. All your Dr.’s are amazing. Dr Schott assistance was very good. She was always with a smile.

Excellent visit. There were professional and the took care of me very quickly. Answered my questions and set me up with a much needed mri.

Our 14 yr old son sustained an wrist injury at a weekend basketball tournament. We took him to an Advanced ER clinic for an X-ray since it was Saturday afternoon. The physician there thought he may have a buckle fracture or a fracture in his growth plate and recommended we see an orthopedic doctor on Monday.
Dr. Grear Hurt was recommended by several friends. Called first thing Monday morning and was able get an appointment that afternoon at his Irving office.
We arrived to a clean, quiet office with an efficient, professional, friendly staff.
Dr. Hurt was knowledgeable, informative, and especially personable. He took time and great care of our son who himself commented upon leaving what a "good doctor" Dr. Hurt was, and I agreed.
An all-around wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend Dr. Hurt for any orthopedic need.
