I had an ear issue for over a month that another ENT , PCP and ER DR Could not figured out

Dr. Thielan was so kind and competent. I broke my nose playing softball and he took exceptional care of me, but was unavailable to perform my emergency surgery. In follow up after surgery however, he continued to take great care of me and was so kind, knowing I was alone as an out of state college student who had no family in proximity to help me through the process.

Dr. Williams took over for him and gave up holiday hours at thanksgiving to perform the surgery. He had poor bedside manner, but did an exceptional job performing the reconstructive surgery (which is far more important). We had been worried I would also need cosmetic surgery after they fixed the broken bone, but he did such a good job that I didn’t need any. He even fixed the deviated septem that I was born with, and I was so grateful for the job well done.

I highly recommend this practice.

I had an early appointment and have to say that I see no problems at all with the doctor. The one thing that I can say from reading some of the previous posts is that the doctor takes his time in the room with you to inform you or answer any questions you might have (which has become unheard of from a LOT of doctors these days) so I can see where this will cause a delay for anyone behind you.. But my experience was awesome and I would truly recommend Dr. Williams without hesitation.
