“It started out that I just needed parts but they don't make that unit any more so I was prompted to buy new which I ordered. The company gives me options on how I want the power set up but said nothing about water but shows it on the post so I did not specify water. I received the post looked fine until I started the install but could not find the manifold so I contacted and ordered over the phone. Not once was the bracket mentioned. A week or so later I received the manifold with out the bracket to attach to the pedestal so I contacted again to receive a parts list that does not have the correct bracket on it. I wrote back explaining that but I guess nobody wants o hear it because no response. I will look for another vendor in the future. It should not be that difficult to order a simple power post. most marinas this time of year has enough spare time to go thru this but I did take the time to write this. After writing this review and posting it I received a call to get issues straightened out. Ray called and sent me the parts to complete the power post. Thanks for that but more important I received assurance that the company would work hard to make sure this does not happen again. I am a repeat buyer so I will be going back for more power posts and parts.”

“Jeff Duffee and Victoria Malone took very good care of my sellers. We were in a situation where one of my sellers was leaving the country. I found out about it on Saturday and my seller was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning. We needed a power of attorney drawn up right. Most title companies are closed on weekends. However, I reached out to Jeff. Not only was it the weekend, but he was on vacation as well. He made arrangements to have the power of attorney drawn up and it was notarized before my seller left the country. Not only were my sellers impressed, I was impressed as well.
