The leasing office staff were kind and friendly. I spoke with Bianca, and she set up an appointment to view the unit for the very next day. She walked me through the property and pointed out key spots to eat and hang out a few blocks down. I was in! “Convenient and Rosa and Ali are seriously the kindest people. Lived here for almost 2 years and it’s my go to for all my one-off groceries. No clue what half these people are talking about. I’ve never witnessed either of the employees ever be rude to anyone. You give what you get, so if you come in complaining about pricing of groceries or dry cleaning you likely aren’t going to get the red carpet rolled out for you. It is what it is so go somewhere else.”

“I've enjoyed living here for five years. No real complaints other than the unfortunate decision to scrap the game room (miss you pool table) for a second fitness room with exercise bikes (lame) that no one uses. The parking garage could probably use some mirrors, but everything else is great. The apartment itself is very nice-- spacious, big windows and lots of natural light, awesome lake view, love the polished concrete floors. I interact with the staff quite a bit and they're all amazing. Big shout out to the maintenance and facilities staff- you guys are all rockstars- especially my man Jay who always has a smile and a nice word. Cesar, Julio, Daisy, thank you for keeping the property looking so nice and clean all the time, keeping the propane tanks full for the grills, and completing maintenance requests ridiculously quickly. I was having issues with my washer one time and after submitting a request in the morning they somehow had a new one installed that afternoon. The admin staff are awesome too- Tina, Jessica, Alvino, and Sharon. They've helped me make multiple lease transfers with new roommates, worked to keep my apartment updated, and are very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I'm quite fond of living here.”

“These apartments are SOoo luxurious, people! I'm right in the middle of my search for a new place to live and these apartments are definitely in my top 3 apartments in North Texas, and I've seen a ton... I love that they're adjacent to water and have a running/walking path with a water view. Vanessa, the assistant mgr was so nice and helpful. So many other luxury complexes just don't seem to have this level of professional, friendly customer service, but Vanessa made me a believer! Very highly recommend!”

“I really enjoyed living at Amli Campion trail! my review is 100% unbiased: - The construction quality is Amazing - Sustainable materials bring the energy consumption to a minimum( The airflow works so well that get a cooler interior without relying on AC during hot days) - Walls are practically soundproof; - Maintenance service is responsive As with many things, there's room for improvements; but it's a great choice overall. I moved to another community and I see the difference :) While the pricing seem a little high, you'll definitely get what you pay for!”

“The trail was amazing. My boyfriend and I went bike riding and it was such an easy nice ride. There are enough curves and hills for the ride to be interesting. It is more on the heavy side of the populated spectrum so remember to be cautious and courteous to the other patrons. There are a lot of joggers. The trail is pretty great because there are a lot of resting areas, and some with really scenic views. There is a shooting range nearby, so keep that in mind as well.”
