“All of the so called "damage" was maintenance issues I've had since living there. The tubs I asked for them to come and resurface after one year and nothing was done. Maintenance told me that they won't do it until I move out because they want to charge me for it. The tiles were cheap and kept lifting. I had them come fix them me than once. The stains on the concrete outside were there when I moved in compounded by the kids in the complex throwing food and leaving trash... I asked them to power wash that when they were power washing the walls outside and it never happened. I was able to get some things off of the walls that those kids had thrown up against it. So none of that was my fault. I couldn't get proof of my maintenance request because they locked me out of the portal. I will be getting a lawyer because I am friends with another Resident that moved out and all of the same things were going on with her apartment and Not only was she not charged but she got her deposit back. I was behind on my rent so I wasn't worried about the deposit, but they're trying to charge me for things that they didn't charge other residents for”

“The most amazing experience! I had an appointment for my son and I. As soon a we entered we were greeted right away. The young woman who performed the first part of our exam did such a good job with 7 year old son. She answered all of his questions and even let him see what was going on The other side of the machine. Dr. Pham was the absolute best! He explained everything in detail. He too did an amazing with my rambunctious 7 yr old boy. Then, when I went out to the front, a gentlemen by the name of Cody (Sp) helped me select my frames and did superb in explaining my options with my insurance. During this time, another young woman kept my son occupied. The overall experience was extraordinary. If you are looking for a provider, I strongly recommend them.”

“Some very delicious food in this perfect location. Went with my family/friends, and they had the best time eating. The conversations we had there was very interesting, i loved that the wait wasn't so long for a party of 6. It can get busy around 11-11:30 am. The waitresses were amazing and the food was superb. The salmon Benedict, the Oreo pancakes were yummy, desperado, the chicken steak, the lumberjack breakfast and the lobster omelette (something like that) are excellent choices if you come to try out some of their outstanding delights! The next time we come here I will try the salmon Benedict, our family friend Hannah had that and it was beyond expectations haha. Definitely bring between $10-$20 per plate. Anyways, at the end of the day, this was an incredible place to go and highly recommend it for a brunch.”

“I've had two root canals (different teeth) with Dr. Mercedes within the last 8 months. I was very impressed with the level care and professionalism I received from the Dr. Mercedes and her staff. Prior to each root canal they explained my options and recommendations. On the day of surgery they went back over my procedure and explained everything in an easy manner. Both surgeries went well and they followed up promptly post care and again within 3 months. They are my GO TO for any endo work in Dallas!”

“The soup if the day - tomato basil- was phenomenal! The octopus was swimming in oil, too much for my taste I would say. The bread pudding was ok. What wowed me was the customer service and the large portions. I had to take my appetizer home, yes - my appetizer! Big cup of soup with a bread basket, and a huge grilled octopus - I was full. To try the dessert, I had to box my appetizer... The bread pudding is really good - made in house! My server though - she really enjoys what she is doing because it showed! Genuine, quick, knew the menu...Overall, I would recommend!”

“Ok just experienced my first time eating Side Door Tacos. This place is amazing! It's apparently a ghost kitchen to the fabulous Italian place in the same building. We ordered 24 tacos, queso, salsa and a torta for the office and tried all the varieties. Omg. I'm in heaven. The salsa is roasted, served warm and so flavorful. All the tacos were super good and heavy on fillings. The shrimp were my personal favorite, but there were no complaints on anything! Even our water delivery guy had one and came back to ask where they were from. Really good, authentic street tacos, very reasonably priced.. Highly recommend.”

“My experience with Dr. Shah and everyone I came in contact with from my first appointment in Flower Mound to Surgery to my follow up visit in Irving was incredible. Dr. Shah was friendly, professional and down to earth through the entire process. I have had neck pain for 6 years due to an injury and I had always seen a Dr. In my town. He recommended a spinal fusion and I nearly went through with it. I had a nagging feeling to get a 2nd opinion and am so glad I did. Dr. Shah immediately told me a disc replacement is what I needed, not a fusion. The entire surgical team met with me on the day of surgery to explain what their role would be in ensuring I received the best treatment. I was very nervous but felt so at ease. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience!! My photo was 2 weeks after surgery so I imagine the incision will heal nicely. It looks very clean in comparison to photos I found online.”
