Do not let the outside appearance of the building fool you, I was pleasantly surprised when i entered the building to see how clean and orderly everything was! The staff is very diligent in tending to the patients needs. All of my questions and concerns for admission of my family member were answered without ask. After only 30 minutes my family member was picked up by the staff and transferred to this facility in a very organized fashion. The entire staff, every director, every nurse, every team leader is extremely thoughtful and very helpful in every aspect. I know that my family member is receiving 24 hour care without question. I would recommend Irving nursing and rehab 100%! Thank you again for easing my mind, and helping us through this difficult time of change.
