I was traveling in the Dallas area for work and had issues with my car and a friend recommended me to Car Crafters. It was easy to find and Jovanny was amazing! He was very professional and was so quick to fix the damage on my car. They had a very clean and air conditioned office where I could escape the Texas heat and wait while they finished working on my car. I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended this place after I was involved im a hit and run. Best referral I’ve ever gotten. They were polite, professional, and informative about the process since day one. They kept good communication with my insurance agent and took care of all the back office work without any hassle. Car crafters went above and beyond not just with the work on my car, but with the whole process. Always kept me informed and sent images about the progress. They also met the deadline, which was huge for me due to hectic work schedule. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family, also any car enthusiasts our there that wants their cars to be in good hands at all times.

Jovani did a great job on my daughter's camaro. He worked with my insurance company, communicated when the supply chain issues delayed parts and even sent me updates (some with pictures). I truly appreciate all of the communication as I don't live in the Irving area, my daughter lives there while attending college. She drove the car down to do her taxes and all I can say is the car was beautiful, in better shape than before the accident. Thanks Jovani/Car Crafters.
