Dr Austin and his nurses are amazing and very intuitive to their patients needs. He listens and explains in detail very well for you to understand what's going on. The entire staffing from the front desk to getting blood work done are amazing!
Dr Austin has been my ppo for more than 5 yrs. He knows like the back of my ✋. He shows how much he concerned about any health or personal issue you may have. His determination to get to the problem and fix it is amazing. Thank God for doctors like him.
An incredible doctor, with paramount intellect, and a compassionate human being. Dr. Austin has been treating me for almost a decade
and he takes the time to hear the patient and connect the dots of the problem, (rare these days in medicine).
With having the most up to date technology and resources available to him, along with his extensive experience and staff, I have an inner peace and total trust with my life and well being in their hands.
Not only personable, Dr. Austin takes all the time necessary to make sure I was cared for with the upmost passion and care always determined to find the root of the problem with a solution.
I will put it this way, I lived in Marble Falls, TX for 3 years, and I made the drive when necessary to Irving, in order to seek his care and assistance with my medical maintenance and care.
Dr. Austin has been amazing. He takes the time to get to know you and the issues. He does everything to reduce or eliminate the need for medicines. 2018 had been one of my worst years in Dallas, and he has done everything to help get me back to normal health so I can enjoy life. This why I have sent many family and friends to him.
