Alex was stocking the shoe department. I interrupted him and he went out of his way to locate a random item that I could not find in the kitchen department (charcoal water filters for a coffee maker). He made two trips back and forth and found the item in the back dock. He replenished the stock on the shelf after handing the item to me. Alex showed a level of customer service that reminded me of “the good old days.” He went above and beyond and deserves recognition. Thank you Alex!

I would just like to say Gretchen in the men's department is super fantastic! Her customer service skills is phenomenal. My son wanted a little Wayne shirt so bad and cannot find one in his size and she magically had one appear. Seriously we looked everywhere for one on the graphics rack and she found it and she was so nice and we just love her and want to tell the higher up management that she is a great worker and deserves to be recognized. Thank you Gretchen! We will definitely be back.

Melinda at the register was the best customer service experience I ever had from the minute I walked in the door and she offered to help and directed me to where I was going to the time I walked out the door after she rang me out. A delightful human being a joy to talk to in a refreshing smile in today's day and age. She should be promoted to a trainer everybody behind a register should be like her. I had a crisis to meet a need of my very elderly stepmom who needed flowers for my recently deceased father. I live 300 miles away! It Sat after 6 Memorial Day weekend. I called by chance not expecting anyone to answer but they did. I cannot begin to tell you how friendly these people are. They took my order and made it happen! The price was so fair. I couldn't believe it! This is now my florist for this area. Thank You for making my Step moms wish come to life!

My husband and I recently purchased flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral at A Cottage Florist on O'Connor in Irving Texas. The proprietor took detailed notes regarding colors for the funeral spray. I gave him my credit card and a maximum dollar figure to spend. The flowers arrived and they were beautiful. In fact they exceeded my expectations. When my credit card bill arrived, the charge was for LESS than I had authorized. Great service and ethical business practice makes me happy to recommend this business to others.
