Denise and her team helped me on the Estate Sale of my late Mother In Law. The process, as hard and sad as it was she made it smooth, quick and easy which helped us so much.
She gets things done quick and has so much knowledge. I was shocked to know how much the house could sell for, she advised me multiple offers will come in and even for more than asking price and that's exactly what happened. Will definitely use Denise and her team anytime again, highly recommended!!

Denise was amazing! She is definitely in the top 1% of best realtors I've ever had the experience of working with. She was very thorough and handled issues with confidence. Her demeanor is very calming which is a big plus when you are navigating the real estate world. She did not hesitate to push back when sellers requested concessions that were not in my favor. She thoughtfully and clearly laid out options and gave advise when asked. She is very knowledeable and experienced and runs her business with integrity. What more could you want?!?

When you are a first time owner, you have too many questions, doubts even fears. I was so lucky and fortunate to have met Denise and have her as my agent. She was always on point. Every single question I had, she had an answer; I even think I asked the same questions couple times. She always had a great attitude and a big smile. She always kept myself informed. She knew the right questions to ask to the sellers. She helped me to save around 20K in the purchase due to her excellent negotiation skills . She was the one who suggested all type of inspections in order to make sure we were getting the best property; in fact thanks to Denise we found a big plumbing problem and requested to be fixed by the previous owner; that by itself saved us another 10K. I loved the fact she was always on top the game. She knows the ins and outs.

When you purchase a house you really need a team player, a quarterback that knows the game. You need some one that cares the same way you do. Denise made me feel as if she was buying the house for her, and I really appreciated that. Her team, was also outstanding. Michelle was always very helpful to keep the process going.

If I'd buy or sell another house, I'll do it with Denise again, no questions asked. We even became really good friends :)

Working with Denise was an excellent experience. She helped my wife and I to sell our house quickly and successfully. Her experience and knowledge proved to be very helpful - everything from the prep to create a strong MLS listing, to the process of negotiating/signing a contract, and attentive guidance to overcome some of the unexpected challenges/obstacles that we happened to encounter with the buyer of our house. Denise's personal characteristics also contributed to the highly professional service that she rendered. She is polite, friendly, patient, and honest; overall a very pleasant individual that was a pleasure to work with. She made it clear to my wife and I that she takes her client's satisfaction seriously, and everything that she said and did was always focused on our best interests.

Denise is the best Real Estate Agent and a genuinely kindhearted human being. She has a good heart and cares a lot about her clients.
