The service is very personalized and she even called to let me know it was time for my relaxer. She takes excellent care of my hair and I love my cut. I found Karen by chance and I am so happy that I did!

She has helped with me with my transition from relaxed to natural hair, which has been quite a challenging experience for me. Karen is very knowledgeable about hair care and will take the time to educate you on how to properly maintain your hair; not just take your money and send you out the door. If you are looking for a professional, experienced stylist, I highly recommend Miss Karen.
