Jenny was super helpful while we were shopping for a chair and also helped all through out the delivery process. OTA World has a variety of Osaki massage chairs and other types of massage equipments. We chose to buy a massage chair from this place over Costco!

We felt like theie price was fair, they provided white glove delivery, and most importantly, we could test the chair in person (so we knew exactly what we were getting.)

My concern with buying a massage chair from Costco or another online retailer was not knowing how it feels to sit in the chair or how strong the massage pressure would be. Even with Costco's great return policy, we didn't want to go through the hassle of returning this heavy piece of furniture if we didn't like it.

In choosing our chair, we worked with John at OTA Healthmate who was kind, funny, and enthusiastic. Overall, we had a great sales experience with him. Jenny, his daughter, was also patient, understanding and helpful.

The delivery guys are professional. Their sole job is to deliver Osaki and Titan massage chairs. They were on time, wore shoe covers in my house, set up the chair and made sure everything worked.

The reason I am giving four out of five stars is because we encountered some issues with the delivery of the chair. With the holidays, the massage chair delivery took longer than we had expected, and there was a miscommunication due to a slight language barrier. But in the end, John, Jenny and the delivery guy came through. Everything worked out and we are happy with our purchase.
