I was treated professionally. I wanted an axle-back exhaust install and they would have. But i purchased the wrong system. I was please that the serivce technician didn't go ahead with the installation. So I returned the system shipped to me from Roush and i will return once I've bought the right stuff.

My husband and I were traveling from out of town and got our catalytic converter stolen from our car (apparently is still a big issue out here). We tried several “larger”s shops who said it would be 10 days and quoted us 4-5x more than we paid here. We take our car to this shop and we’re out of there in less than an hour with our car completely fixed. I have nothing but good things to say! 10/10 recommend

Brother’s Muffler was a breath of fresh air during my stay in Dallas. I am from out of town on vacation with my family and came out of hotel to find my catalytic converters stolen off my truck. I came to Brother’s and he helped me get back on the road immediately. The gentlemen seemed genuinely concerned that this happened to me and was extremely well priced. He let me take pictures under the truck while the truck was on lift for my insurance company and gave helpful advice about best possible fix options. Though the circumstance was not by choice, I am thankful that shops with integrity and customer service still existence. They show true Texas style hospitality. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in or out of town. Thank you Brothers for helping me and my family get back to our vacation.
