  I've been with Susan Schroll with Essential Insurance Concepts for many, many years and wouldn't trust anyone else with all of our insurance needs. She always shops the lowest rates for the best coverage with the best companies-the beauty of being an independent agency! Her staff is friendly and help out anytime I need something. Highly Recommended!!!

  When I moved I decided to switch over to Essential Insurance and they made the transition painless. I was able to get a lower premium on my car insurance and my renter's insurance is very minimal. I even had an accident and my premium didn't go up at renewal. They are very responsive and walked me through the insurance claim process following my accident. Patrick is great!!

  I switched to Essential a couple months ago. I had been with the same company for years, and every year my rates would go up. I even tried upping my deductible, and dropping one of my cars to liability. Essential saved me $50 a month, with a $500 vanishing deductible vs $1000 non-vanishing I had, and they raised both my cars to full coverage. They even covered all my other ins company's perks (roadside, hotel, etc.)

  They saved me money on my auto and home insurance, and when rates go up they find lower cost options for me. Essential Insurance Concepts is the only agent who took the time to make sure my claim was handled correctly. When the carrier turned me down, my agent got involved and within 48 hours my claim was approved! Ask for Susan or Patrick.
