“It happens to everyone eventually, a broken windshield. No mere crack, but a busted, hard to drive with windshield. I used an online service for pricing and scheduling a replacement while at work, Full Service Auto Glass performed the installation and replaced my stickers(toll tag, registration and oil change) easy, only needing my keys. Later upon driving home I realized that even though the windshield matched my vehicles VIN and options, my heads up display was angled. I reached out to Full Service, they sent a technician the next day and switched to a different windshield. Everything was easy and they stayed in communication with me the whole time through text messaging and calls. I recommend them for their communication, respect, and commitment to their product. Satisfied customer!”

“People.. People.. People.. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the wait. If they're busy, there will be a wait. Simple as that. I came in the morning for an oil change and there were two cars in front of me. I kindly ask how long the wait was going to be and they said about a hour bc there were two cars in front of me. Perfect, I'll just walk around the store. About a hour later they called me and said that my car was ready. There was a long line of cars waiting to be serviced and I can imagine the wait would be 2+ hours for them. Just think: each car ahead of you is at least a 30min wait. They top off fluids, vacuum the insides of your car, do a multipoint inspection of your car, and the mechanics remember you by name. I would say that's great service. And who can beat a ~$50 full synthetic oil change nowadays?? Recommended ????”
