You are greeted as soon as you enter the door, appointments are on schedule, office personnel are professional, experienced, and courteous, all costs are provided up front with no “hidden” surprise fees, and Dr. Patel is just awesome!!! She spends as much time as needed with her patients, answers all question during the visit, and provides the patient options without attempting to “up sell” the patient. Although there are a multitude of Optometrists nearby, I travel the 15 miles just to experience the “personal touch” she and her staff provide.
