“Had a plumbing emergency. Called a few places and no one could get out here for another few days. Then I called Roto-Rooter. Start to finish, the service was great. The woman who answered the phone seemed genuine and wanted to help. They sent a plumber (Ian) within a couple hours, maybe not even a full two hours later. Ian was kind and courteous. He knew his stuff and had our plumbing issue fixed in under an hour. I'm glad they're the company we went with! Thanks, Ian! Edit: Xavier came out later (after I wrote this review or I would have included him in the original post) and ran a camera down our pipes to find what caused the issue. He walked me through the video as he was running the camera, pinpointed where the problem was, and gave us a quote on how much that fix would be. He was also kind and courteous. Thanks Xavier!”
