“I've seen chiropractors off and on for many years. Dr. Gonzales and his staff definitely make the top three. His staff is very kind and caring. Dr. Gonzales is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He is willing to talk and answer questions, conveying that his full attention is on you. I appreciate that he educates the patient on what is going on and makes recommendations that are appropriate. The down side for me is distance, but he is willing to work with the time you are able to give. This is the best chiropractic office that I have experienced in the DFW area.”

When I found out she opened her own practice I wasn't going to trust my eye care with a new doctor since I've always been impressed and happy with her care for my eye needs. She's so easy to talk to about any issues you may have with your eyes even if it's not regarding glasses or contacts. I definitely recommend her to everyone of my family members for their eye care.”

“I moved to Irving about 5 months ago, and the 24 hour fitness Valley Ranch location is a HUGE upgrade over the Fort Worth 24 hour location I used to work out at. They recently renovated the Valley Ranch location and it looks really nice! Their machines/equipment are relatively new. Their basketball court looks well kept (I play on it 2x a week). And I love how they have this turf area in the center of the gym for specialized training - it makes the experience super legit! I love to work out here!”
