  Recently purchased an acoustic guitar here. They were great on helping me find the right guitar. They took their time and they were very patient but also passionate about helping me chose the right guitar for my skill level and needs!

  As an adult beginner, hoping to learn how to play guitar, I was nervous. My fears were immediately put to rest by everyone I’ve interacted with at Lancaster Music School. Hailey, at the front desk, was so helpful to find a time for lessons that fit my schedule. Ted, my instructor, is encouraging, patient and keeps me interested by teaching songs I like. I‘ve only been taking lessons for four months and after my last lesson, Ted kept my guitar so he could make some adjustments to it. I got home and immediately felt “off”, like something important was missing! Learning to play has changed my life and I’m so grateful Lancaster Music School is here in the South Dallas area!!!

  Their staff is simply the best, they go beyond basics to assist you.
  
  My situation: I wanted to return a trumpet after I had rented it for 2 years, the person attending me told me that I was probably very close to paying it off. He checked on the computer and sure enough, I only have 5 more payments until payoff. He also informed me if I paid in full for the balance I would receive 30% off. He could have accepted my return and rented it to someone else to make more money. They truly care about their customers. Truly recommend Lancaster Music.
