Great office and great service. Mrs. Veronica was amazing she found us a great deal on a family boundle. And a very clean area as far as covid 19 preventive. Sanitation station etc. I highly recommend this office. If you want to save money and be treated kindly.

I previously had progressive but my rate went up upon renewal. A friend referred me to agent Maria here at Alpa, she found me a great rate with all the coverages I needed. I am very pleased with the great customer service and friendly environment.

My son needed to reinstate his car insurance, so I took him to do this. He had used Alpha Auto Insurance in the past and decided to seek their services again. He made an appointment and met with an agent. Maria was able to find him good insurance and mentioned the rate would be less after a couple of months. She answered my son's questions and provided good customer service. It took about an hour to get his insurance, and he was pleased with the results. We were there about an hour to get the best rate locked in.
