(December 13, 2019, 11:22 pm)This location has the best employees! I met Steve the 1st day I went there. I was still undecided and he was very informative in giving me the prices. Well, the next day I returned and met the most wonderful, kindest, absolute genuine, professional manager Mary! She made me feel like we had known each other forever! OMG! She went over the contract step by step, gave me the prices, made sure I knew the guidelines. She answered every concern with kindness and patience. She was very detailed and the office was nice and clean. I spent so much time there just talking to her, she was a joy and I left feeling like I had made a new friend! So if you need storage, don't bother with the rest and see Mary! She has no idea how much she impacted my day by listening and speaking words of encouragement without knowing my situation. Oh yeah, the prices were cheaper than other places I checked on not to mention this location was very clean and safe.

After finding a buyer we had to store our belongings due to the sudden move & it would be 6-9 months before our new house was completed. The staff at Assured Storage were warm & friendly. The units are clean, secured & safe with constant monitoring on the premises. They truly helped to make a very stressful time in our lives much easier. I highly recommend Assured Storage in Lancaster!
