Chicken is always FRESH, tender on the inside and piping hot--on her watch... Fries are fresh..Biscuits savory..What's supposed to be crunchy is crunchy. What's supposed to be savory is savory! When she's in charge..
Even when or if a mistake occurs ( few and far between)? It's handled quickly..She is so nice and professional..This is what customer service looks like. -
