(April 20, 2021, 10:54 am)We nominate Lana for Employee of the Month!!! Maybe even Employee of the Year! Not only was she responsive and helpful the day we placed our order, she was like WONDER WOMAN - using her bracelets to defeat the obstacles that were getting the way of our delivery.

She gave me some quotes, and even helped me save money as well by advising me on what to do for my particular balloon arrangement. They are also less than half the price I got quoted at a nearby place as well. They are my go-to now!

(July 23, 2020, 8:35 pm)Very nice lady. It’s do it yourself type of place. I don’t know if that’s the standard or because I brought in external balloons. They also sell some balloons there. No licensed balloons though.
