(May 7, 2020, 3:10 pm)I got to the store around 4:15pm. They had many vehicles being worked on and still they were willing to take a look at my car . Most places look at the clock and turn away customers. A lady came in behind me said she believed there to be a nail in one of her tires. The mechanic ( not the one working on my car ) came back saying there was no nail ,her tire pressures were just low. James one of the managers asked him to lift the car and double check the tires again to be sure. I was impressed with the accountability and integrity James showed. It was past 5pm I could tell the mechanic was ready to go, but for James to insist in double checking the tires showed exceptional customer service and great integrity. They didn’t have to do that at all. He also took the time to explain what was going on with my car regarding the headlight and wheel alignment.
