  After returning from Israel, I found this gem down the street. Naturally craving some Gyro, or good lamb in general I had to stop by. Was not dissatisfied at all. The gyro plate was huge and took me back to the Mediterranean.

  An amazing authentic place to eat. I’ve never had a gyro and house of gyros really set a high expectation. Not only was the food delicious, the staff treated you like family. Very welcoming and beautiful place. So happy I found this gem.

  I love the small, family atmosphere of this place. The food is legit and filling. I like a lighter breading in my calamari, but they were still delicious. The tomato sauce was excellent. The gyro is perfectly priced and very good.
  
  It's nice to have some food that isn't just burgers, pizza or fried chicken in the neighborhood.

  Excellent authentic Greek food! After 5 years in Greece I’ve missed the cuisine. I’ve been to Greek restaurants all over the country. Yia Yia is one of the best!
  The staff and service were equally fantastic.
  My new favorite local restaurant!

  The best kept secret in Mesquite. I went in after dropping my boys off at the airport for Civil Air Patrol. Such a sweet place! The food was authentic and tasty, and the owner personally greeted me. I’ll definitely be back! “Welcome to Greece. Enjoy the love in our food and the Greek hospitality.” was a sign printed on the wall. I believe every bit of it! Don’t pass this tiny place by, you’ll be glad you stopped in!
