So far so good moved from California where my wife was a banker for a total of 8 years in two different banks Bank of America and a smaller one named Umpqua with her experience she looked into alot of banks and settled on.this one and as of right now no issues and the have been spot in with service and waiting time is average just like most banks and credit unions. I hope to stay with this bank in out new future in Texas and hope they continue to impress we will see
I love the customer service, that is 100##. But, they are slow like any other bank to complete the customers transaction. I wish they were faster with transactions. I love the little bar service area where you can help yourself to any hot drink such as hot chocolate, tea or something good... Coffee also provided.. They have drive thru service, also have ATM on the sude of the drive-thru and inside. They have a nice waiting area with plenty of space to sit, also have the little bar area with seats. Really clean and nice place with friendly and helpful staff.
Resource One Credit Union is an awesome place to do business. They have always been very helpful when I had a question are a request. The answer has not been Yes every time, but they explained why it was No. I have been with them about 4 years and see no reason to change.
